Sandra brings over two decades of experience in accountancy and Sage 200 support. She began her career in 2002, completing AAT and ACA exams while preparing financial statements and conducting audits for a variety of businesses. Sandra has immense product knowledge and has achieved many product accreditations as well as her ISO 9001:2015 certifications. Sandra is key to the Client Services team, where she oversees escalations, and tackles complex customer tasks, ensuring high standards and seamless service delivery.

How did your journey with us start?
In 2023 I decided it was time for a new challenge. I reached out to Chris Smith regarding any potential roles I would be suitable for, and he offered me the role of Client Services Manager.
What is your role and what does your day-to-day look like?
My role of Client Services Manager is varied, and no two days are the same. In any given day I could be tending to issues that have been escalated, working on complex customer tasks including creating SQL views and reconciliation of Stock, internal projects and more recently managing our Client Services team.
What’s your favourite PKF SCS memory?
There have been a lot of great memories so far and I’m sure many more to make. I always enjoy our company events and socials; we have a great bunch of people and it’s nice to see each other outside the office having fun together. Winning the Sage Customer Success Partner of the year and being awarded the Notetaker award at our 10th anniversary were also fabulous memories to name a few.
What are you most excited about in our future?
I’m always really excited about continual improvement internally and enhancing the customer experience. We have some exciting pieces in the pipeline so I’m looking forward to seeing those go live, all of which will add more value to our services offering.
