What does a Sage Business Partner do?
Sage Business Partners sell, implement and support Sage software. In other words, they help you find the right software, set it up for your business and continue to make sure you get the most from your investment through services such as development and training. Most Sage BPs, like PKF SCS, also have partnerships with add-on providers such as Sicon and Draycir.

How is working with a Sage Partner different from buying directly from Sage?
Working with a Sage Business Partner like PKF SCS builds a more personal relationship because all your implementation, development, support and everything else is done in-house. Whereas if you buy directly from Sage, you may be passed to one provider for your implementation, and then another for your support.

Do Sage Partners work directly with Sage?
Yes, Sage Partners are registered with Sage and work closely with them on things like product development, marketing and customer referrals. For example, as a Sage Business Partner, we get a first look at new features and releases, help contribute ideas for new products and Sage refer new customers to us for our implementation and support services.

How does a Sage Partnership work?
Sage builds the software and focuses on updates, security and product development. Then the Sage Business Partners buy the software from Sage, set it up for end users, take care of any customisation, staff training and integrations, and provide ongoing support.
