What is a Sage Business Partner?

One of these is a Sage Business Partner.

Companies are constantly working to come up with cool and innovative ways to label themselves, their staff, their clients and suppliers which can sometimes be confusing from the outside.

So, what is a Sage Business Partner?

A Sage Business Partner is the business responsible for looking after your Sage software.

For products such as Sage 200 and Sage Intacct this will be formally registered with Sage UKI.

Your Sage Business Partner supports you through every aspect of your system life cycle, whether that’s day to day helpdesk support, upgrading your current software, or installing an entirely new system.

They should be more than reactive salespeople – a good Business Partner gives you proactive, on-going support and advice, making sure you get the most out of your software long after the installation is complete.

A Sage Business Partner can also be called:

  • AR (value-added reseller)
  • Sage Consultants
  • Sage Channel Partner
  • Sage Reseller

All of these names essentially refer to the same service.
