Adding a logo or image to the documents you put together in Report Designer are one way to make them look more professional.

In this article, we’ll take you through how easy it is to add a logo or image to the reports you make in Sage 200’s Report Designer.


Along the top of your screen in Report Designer, you should see a number of options.

Click on the one that says Add Image/Logo.

Clicking this will highlight in yellow the area that you’re now able to add an image to.

Using your mouse, draw a box in the area where you want your image to be positioned.

This will bring up a screen prompting you to choose an image.

The easiest way to choose an image is to browse your PC for one. Once you’ve selected how you want to choose an image, click OK.

From here, navigate to where the image is stored on your PC, and select it. You’ll see a preview of the image on the right hand side of the screen.

Once the image has been imported, you’ll be able to position it where you would like it to be on the report.

From here, you can also drag outwards from the corners of the image to resize the picture to your liking.

Once you’re happy with the position and size, you can save changes to your layout.
