Like many businesses, we occasionally need to adjust pricing to reflect rising costs and continued investment in the products and services you rely on. However, as a software reseller, we are also beholden to price increases applied by our suppliers that we cannot control.
The majority of our clients have various add-ons to their core Sage software by third party providers such as Sicon, Draycir, Eureka etc. Many of these renew at the same time as the core Sage software, but often fall due for renewal at a different point if they were purchased mid term.
This article talks you through the upcoming price increases for 2026, from ourselves and our suppliers.
Suppliers and 3rd-party Provider Price Increase Details
Draycir has announced a 4% price increase which will be in place from 1st April 2026. This will affect all pricing, including new sales, renewals and subscriptions and will affect all contracts that fall due on or after 1st April.
Sicon has also announced that from 1st April 2026 they will be increasing their prices by approximately 5%. Like Draycir, this will apply to new sales, renewals and subscriptions. Please note that any increase will only apply after 12 months on previous pricing. For example, if you purchased a new Sicon module in January 2026, your pricing would not change until January 2027.
PKF Smith Cooper Systems Support and Subscription Pricing
Last year we chose not to increase our own support fees to support our valued clients through some extreme price rises from 3rd parties that we could not control. Indeed, we have only increased our support rates once since 2020.
On that basis we will be applying a price increase to our support fees this year for all renewals on or after 1st April 2026. However, this will be limited to 4%, keeping as close to the current rate of inflation as we can. To be clear, your support will increase inline as normal should you buy additional software licences.
With regard to monthly subscriptions in respect of our API and integration products MRGE and WIRE, we have not changed the price of these since we built them 5 years ago. As such these will be increasing by approximately £10-£15 per month, subject to your current licence configuration.
