Designed and developed by Mansfield-based business, Creative Asset, this customer portal is a major leap forward in delivering modern, customer‑centric experiences.
Highlighting a fresh and intuitive approach to customer engagement and relationship management, the customer portal is a key milestone in PKF Smith Cooper System’s dedication to constant development and modernisation.
Emphasising their “Good Sage Guys to Deal With” ethos, the portal is a hub for news, events, helpful resources and support ticket information, exclusive to PKF Smith Cooper Systems customers. With additional development phases already planned, users can expect regular enhancements, deeper functionality, and new content designed to further strengthen their experience.
Adding a playful, engaging twist, the portal also introduces Coop the Owl, one of the company’s new brand mascots created alongside Finn the Falcon. These characters were designed to bring personality and warmth to what can often be a technical subject.
