Meet our new team member, David Baez!
Before joining us at PKF SCS, David worked in Account Management and Customer Success in the Telecoms and MSP industry, where he managed relationships and helped businesses get the most value from the services they used.
David also has experience in software development, giving him a strong technical foundation to help him better understand his customers and the technology they need.
His favourite aspect of working as an Account Manager is being able to help his customers solve problems and find them the right solutions. David enjoys making sure whoever he’s working with feels supported, valued and confident that they have someone they can rely on.
Outside of work, you can typically find him on a walk or hike with his partner and two Labradors. He also likes running and playing football. When he’s not outdoors, David enjoys spending time playing video games, listening to music, watching a good film and following motorsport.
A fun fact about our new team member is that he has worked in a couple of documentary films!
In his new role as a Sage 200 Account Manager, David is looking forward to meeting and working with everyone at PKF Smith Cooper Systems. He’s excited to join an organisation that has the same values and principles as him, and be part of the PKF SCS family.
