PKF Smith Cooper Systems welcomes Lulu Qu as a Senior Project Manager
Though Lulu initially studied Oceanography in her native China, she moved into the business world soon after graduation.
Lulu joined LUMI, China’s leading supplier of mounting and ergonomic products. During her time there, she worked with multiple departments to improve business processes, gaining her first experience with ERP software.
After relocating to the UK in 2019 to complete a Master’s degree at the University of Warwick, Lulu joined the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP), run by the University of Brighton. Here, she led a two-year business transformation programme, streamlining the operation and production processes of Hastings-based manufacturing business Judges.
Outside of work, Lulu is interested in plants, flowers and nature, and has recently begun growing her own produce.
On her new role, Lulu said:
“After my first meeting with Craig and Chris, I knew this would be my next step. I love my role as a project manager, because this is what I’m good at as well as what I enjoy doing, and most importantly, I work with a nice team.”
