Since starting out in 2003, HTRAK has significantly grown and developed, leading them to outgrow their TAS Books accounting software and make the switch to Sage 200 Professional.
Their system was originally implemented and supported by Uniq Systems. Following our acquisition of Uniq Systems, we have continued to provide them with support.
HTRAK provides mobile point of care systems and software solutions to the Healthcare industry. Their systems are designed to connect the clinical with the business and administrative functions of hospitals.
HTRAK’s Sage 200 Professional system was originally installed by Uniq Systems. Following our acquisition of Uniq Systems in 2018, they had 2 options – stay with us or move to a different Sage provider. HTRAK chose to stay with us and have been impressed with the standard of support we provide ever since.
Our support team offer year-end assistance to all customers, a service that Clare Griffiths, Finance and Admin Manager at HTRAK, regularly utilises and appreciates. After losing a company in the past, she has since been cautious. However, as part of our year-end assistance, the support team provided Clare with a company back up. This back up gave Clare the security and ‘safety net’ she needed to conduct the year-end with ease.
Clare shared that her reasoning for staying with PKF SCS was because “help was there when we needed it. Never a long delay, even when the server dies. The support team were fantastic in pulling up old back up and getting back up and running”.
We also offer online support webinars exclusively for our customers, which are designed to help build their Sage knowledge. Clare explained “Although I have worked through the processes previously, the webinars allow me to stay up to date with any changes that may have occurred.”
