November 19th marks International Men’s Day, a day dedicated to recognising the men in our families, workplaces and communities.
This year’s theme is ‘Celebrating Men and Boys’ and is a reminder to appreciate the men in our lives, from colleagues and friends, to fathers and brothers. The day is an opportunity to celebrate the men who make a difference in our lives and to raise awareness about the importance of supporting their health and wellbeing.
This month also marks ‘Movember‘, which focuses on men’s health by raising funds and awareness for men’s mental health, suicide prevention and prostate cancer.
