Important information for Draycir customers
As you may already be aware, add-ons from Independent Software Venders (ISVs), such as Draycir, Sicon, Eureka and PanIntelligence have their own policies regarding end of support versions, which are separate from Sage’s product lifecycle policy.
Draycir recently shared an important update outlining when they plan to withdraw support for older versions. This is standard industry practice, and helps them to focus resources on improving and updating products in line with the latest technologies and legislative changes.

How to check what version you’re currently using
Here’s a general method for checking your version number, which should work for all products:
Open your Control Panel > click Programs and Features > check the Version column

There are alternative ways to find the version number, depending on which Draycir product you are using. For in-depth instructions, see Draycir’s knowledgebase article.
What does end of developer support mean?
The software will still work, and we will continue to support you. However, Draycir will no longer conduct testing for compatibility or provide technical third line assistance. Any updates or fixes will be released in the next minor upgrade.
What does end of helpdesk support mean?
Versions in end of support will still work, and we will continue to provide support as normal. However, Draycir won’t provide helpdesk support or create new knowledgebase articles, and you’ll be asked to upgrade.
