Additional Features of Cim 200 Manufacturing
Works Orders: Works orders include additional information in comparison to Sage 200 Manufacturing and are formatted in a similar way to alternative manufacturing solution, Sicon’s works orders. However, there are fewer buttons in Cim 200 Manufacturing, making it easier for users to navigate.

Needed by Option: The ‘Needed By’ option shows the sales order, works order, or the project the works order is linked to.

On this screen, the demand is shown in an easy-to-understand format, with various options to format the list as required.
Additionally, by clicking the ‘View’ option, this allows you to view the demand form for additional details.

Display Carbon Footprint: As Cim are manufacturing focused, their works orders contain features not currently available in other manufacturing solutions. For example, within Cim 200 Manufacturing, you can display the carbon footprint of the finished item.

Component Stock Records within the Works Order: The Components Stock Records can be viewed within the works order components tab (under ‘View Stock Record’), without the need to navigate away from the works order form.

Customer Part Numbers: Customers Part Numbers have been added to stock records, as standard, without the need for additional add-ons.
The Customer Parts numbers can be viewed within the stock record, or within the Cim 200 Customer Pars Numbers List, on the left of the screen.

Additional List Views: Cim 200 Manufacturing also includes additional list views, such as the ‘Cim 200 Bill of Material list’. These lists allow you to add additional Cim 200 columns, to provide additional product information, without the need to open each individual record.
To access these, find the ‘Cim 200 Bill of Materials list’ on the left of the screen. Click into one of the products listed, click ‘Columns’, select ‘Cim200’ and tick the additional columns you wish to add to your list.

Audit Logs: Audit Logs are available within stock records, bill of materials, works orders, sales orders and purchase orders transactions.

Quantity breaks within quotes: Quantity breaks can be used within quotations to simplify the process of applying different pricing or discounts based on quantity tiers. As the data on the quotation is amended, the quantity breaks are applied.

Quality Control: Quality control options have been added to allow inspection and auditing of received or manufactured items.

Pre-allocations and Tags: The pre-allocations and tags within Cim 200 Manufacturing can be used to link recommendations with the demand which triggered it with a clear breakdown.
Demand entries can be opened (by clicking ‘Open‘) to view further details and you can action recommendations from within the same form.
