Festive period opening hours 2021

PKF Smith Cooper Systems Office & Support Opening Times

During the festive period, our working hours, including our Support Service will change. So please make a note of the opening hours listed below, and share them with your colleagues, to avoid any disruption to you and your team.

• 20th – 23rd December: Normal Service
• 24th December: Office and Lines close at 1pm
• 25th – 28th December: CLOSED
• 29th, 30th & 31st December: Operating emergency support (Critical cases taking priority)
• 1st – 3rd January 2022: CLOSED
• 4th January 2022: Normal Service

During Christmas week, we will be prioritising critical cases. Lower priority cases may be logged and responded to in the new year when we resume normal service. During this time we recommend emailing [email protected] if your case is not critical. Alternatively, you can call us on 01332 959 008
