Here’s Our Office and Support Service Open/Closing Times Over Christmas
As the Christmas break is drawing near, it’s important we make you aware that our working hours, including our Support Service, will change during the festive period. Please make a note of the opening hours listed below, and share them with your colleagues, to avoid any disruption to you and your team.
- 1st – 23rd December: Normal Service
- 24th December: Office and lines close at 1pm
- 25th – 28th December: CLOSED
- 29th, 30th & 31st December: Operating emergency support (Critical cases taking priority)
- 1st January 2026: CLOSED
- 2nd January 2026: Normal Service from 9:00
From 29th December 2025 to 31st December 2025, we are prioritising critical cases. Lower priority cases may be logged and will be responded to in the new year when we resume normal service.
Throughout this period, if your case is not critical we recommend emailing sagesupport@pkfscs.co.uk. For critical cases please call us on 01332 959 008.
