Important information for Sage 200 Users with Windows 10
Microsoft recently shared that after 14th October 2025, they will no longer provide support for Windows 10, including software updates, technical assistance or security fixes. As a result of this, your Sage 200 system may face issues.
We are committed to keeping our customers informed about announcements that could affect their Sage systems. We want to highlight that this is not version-specific, therefore all versions of Sage 200 are at risk if you are operating Windows 10.

What does this mean for my business?
Microsoft announcing end of support for Windows 10 does not mean your PC will stop working. It will continue to function, however, it will be at greater risk for viruses and malware when it reaches end of support in October 2025. Consequently, your Sage 200 systems could face several challenges.
- Security Vulnerabilities: Without regular software updates, your Sage 200 system could be at risk of cyber threats, which could lead to sensitive business data being compromised.
- Instability: As Microsoft will no longer address issues or bugs, you may experience software crashes, causing disruptions to your business operations.
- Slower performance: Overtime, the performance of your Sage 200 system may suffer, as the necessary updates won’t be made by Microsoft. This could result in delays and slower processing.
