Meet Our New Team Member, Chris Cooper
Before joining us at PKF SCS, Chris has spent the last few years in the Sage 200 world, starting his journey in the support team at a Scotland-based Sage Business Partner. Prior to this, Chris worked at Sage, working in Sage 50 support.
His favourite aspect of working in support is being able to help customer fix real problems. He loves turning messy data and processes into something simple and reliable. Whether that’s building small automations, writing clear guides, or diving into SQL, he loves resolving any tricky issues for his customers.
Outside of work, our new team member is interested in all things naval history! Chris is also currently learning Latin, writes sci-fi in his free time and enjoys playing Unreal Engine 5.
A fun fact about Chris is that he can’t walk past a dog without petting it and has a new Labrador puppy called Tilly!
In his new role at PKF SCS as a Sage 200 Support Consultant, Chris is most looking forward to working with the talented support team, learning from complex customer scenarios, and building knowledge that make support faster and more consistent.
He is also excited about working with a variety of industries and contributing to training that really sticks.
