Meet our new team member, Jen Macdonald
Before joining us, Jen spent 14 years at another Sage reseller, initially in Sage 200 Support and later moving into work with the Acumatica product.
With over 30 years of experience working with Sage and various other accounting solutions, Jen brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.
Her favourite aspect of working in support is the daily challenges and never knowing what the day will bring. She gets great satisfaction from solving customers issues.
Outside of work, Jen has recently started golfing and is working towards a solid handicap. She also enjoys staying active and you can usually find her outdoors with her two West Highland Terriers.
A fun fact about Jen is she has seen the band Duran Duran about 18 times, including at Madison Square Gardens in New York, and she is not even a fan (her husband is)!
In her new role as a Sage 200 Support Consultant, Jen is most looking forward to getting to know the team and gaining experience with all of our Sage add-ons.
