Meet Our New Team Member, Marty Duke
Before joining PKF SCS, Marty has worked in a variety of different sales roles, including finance and software companies, online cyber security training and recruitment. Most recently, he worked as a Regional Sales Manager at a chartered accountancy firm, specialising in bookkeeping, payroll, tax, budgeting, and auditing to name a few.
Marty’s favourite aspect of his work is communicating with existing clients and prospective customers, and helping them find the right service for their business. He also enjoys the variety of jobs that comes with working in Sales.
Outside of work, Marty loves being in the great outdoors! Being from California, he tends to hibernate during the UK’s cold winters, but in the summer time, you can usually find him hiking, mountain biking, or fishing.
A fun fact about our new team member is that when he was younger, he was cast in a commercial and a few movies as an extra! Marty said his 15 minutes of fame came from riding his skateboard and saying “Hey Mr Green” in a commercial for a local weatherman!
Marty is looking forward to meeting his new colleagues in the sales and marketing teams. He is looking forward to the banter, and to gaining new career opportunities.
