Projects Dashboard
The Projects dashboard gives an overview of project profitability, highlighting top-performing projects, customers, and job managers.

Key Visuals
Top 10 Projects by Profit Value
Displays the highest-value projects ordered by total profit, allowing you to quickly identify which jobs are delivering the greatest financial return.
Profit by Job Manager
A comparative view of profit contribution by job manager, helping assess individual performance and workload profitability.
Top 5 Customers by Profit
Ranks customers based on total profit generated, supporting strategic decision-making around key client relationships.
Top 10 Projects by Profit Margin
Highlights projects achieving the strongest margins, helping identify best-practice project types and pricing strategies.
On the left hand side you are able to filter the visuals by Job Manager, Customer and Job Number.
Projects Totals

The Projects Totals page provides a detailed financial summary for every project, combining revenue, costs, and margin data in a single, structured view.

For each job, the report displays:
- Revenue (Budget, Committed, Actual, Total)
- Costs (Budget, Committed, Actual, Total)
- Margin Value
- Margin Percentage
- Planned Completion Date
- Job Manager and Customer

Margin Performance Visibility
Both positive and negative margins are clearly shown, enabling early identification of:

The filters on the left allow you to look at specific Customers, Job Manager or individual Job Numbers.

This immediately highlights project profitability.
Cost by Expense Type
Breaks costs down into categories such as:
- Labour

Budget vs Total Value
Compares budgeted values against actual totals by expense type, highlighting:
