Streamlined Customer and Supplier Communications

Managing customer and supplier relationships just got easier. With this update to customer and supplier communications, you can now record and track communications directly within the system. This is especially valuable for credit control teams, offering visibility into past interactions and helping to manage disputes and payment follow-ups more effectively. 

You can now log outcomes of conversations, track promised payments, and use this data to improve debt collection and supplier engagement. The new enhanced reporting filters also make it easier to analyse this information.

New API Fields

This release introduces new API fields and enhancements to existing API functionality, expanding the potential for automation and integration. These updates open the door to a broader ecosystem of Independent Software Vendors (ISV) solutions, meaning more connected services and streamlined workflows.

Modernisation of Web Screens

The ongoing modernisation of Sage 200’s web interface continues with this latest release. You can now benefit from a more intuitive and visually appealing experience, with new and updated screens for:

• SOP Returns (Enter, Amend and View)
• SOP Amend Order Status
• Amend Return Status

Country of Origin in Stock Lists

A highly requested feature from the Sage Ideas Portal, the ‘Country of Origin’ field is now available in the stock list. This simple, yet effective addition allows you to quickly identify the origin of stock items, which supports compliance, logistics, and purchasing decisions.
