Sage CRM Product Lifecycle Overview
Every year Sage UKI releases four quarterly updates to Sage CRM.
As a user and customer, it’s important to know what’s new and what future plans Sage have for the product roadmap. Similarly to Sage 200, it is up to you and your Sage Partner to decide whether to apply each update. It does not happen automatically like Sage Intacct, you can choose to update when it a new update releases or wait until the next update cycle.
