Following on from our successful ‘Chat to a Consultant’ campaigns, we are now pleased and excited to launch our ‘Chat to a CRM Consultant’ campaign, exclusively for our Sage 200 and CRM customers!
These sessions are a surgery-style consultation, allowing you to discuss queries on specific areas of Sage CRM with one of our knowledgeable and experienced consultants.
This gives you an opportunity to get advice, guidance and if possible, some “quick win” resolutions, or see if Sage CRM would work for you and your business.

Please note: If your query requires additional time or consultancy, the consultant will advise next steps and inform the necessary department (such as your Account Manager or support).

What is the cost of these consultancy sessions?
These consultancy sessions are FREE of charge! No catch here, we value our customers and want to offer this exclusive offer to them. (We are ‘The Good guys To Deal With’ after all!)
If your query requires additional time or consultancy, the consultant will advise next steps and inform the necessary department (such as your Account Manager or Support).
How many sessions are available?
We are running 1 day of consultation, consisting of 6 x 1-hour slots.
How will the sessions be allocated?
Slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis – so be quick!
What if I attended the latest ‘Chat to a Consultant’ campaign?
As this is a new campaign based on Sage CRM, all customers are eligible to secure a space.
Where will the session/s take place?
All the sessions will take place online via Microsoft Teams. Once you’re slot has been confirmed, you will receive an invitation via email.
What if I haven’t been able to get a space?
If you haven’t been able to secure a space, your Account Manager or our Support Team will be available to assist you.
What type of queries can I raise?
Any query that you have! Some examples are below:
- “Does it integrate with O365?”
- “Can I view/manage my Opportunity pipeline?”
- “Can I store Documents?”
- “Can I access it on a mobile?”
- “What Sage 50/200 information can I see?”
- “Do I need a Sage 50/200 license to see Financial data?”
- “Can it integrate with my website?”
- “Can I add my own fields?”
- “Can I import data?”
And much more. These sessions are for you to ask anything you want and need to know.
