1. Define
At the initial stages of the project, our Sage Intacct Consultants will take the time to get to know your business, discuss your data requirements, review your processes and decide on a plan to ensure that the system meets your needs. We operate with a flexible project methodology, meaning that we strive to adapt to the needs of your business throughout.
2. Build
Our team of highly skilled Sage technicians will bring the plan to life, building custom configurations and integrations to help you get the most out of your investment. If you have unique processes specific to your business this is when we build the system around you, using our in-house developers to ensure quality and avoid delays.
3. Training
Onsite and remote training is available, ranging from a general overview to specific areas of Intacct to help make the transition as seamless as possible for the end users. We tailor our training services to your requirements and use your data wherever possible to ensure that demonstrations are useful and relevant. Training manuals can also be provided upon request.
4. Testing
To identify any possible issues, we plan a test phase pre-go live. You will be able to test each element of your new system first-hand to ensure that it is operating correctly and meets your requirements. Live migration can only proceed once the testing has been completed and the user acceptance testing document has been signed off.
5. Migration
We offer data migration services using a combination of Sage tools and our own custom tools to migrate the data from your existing system to Intacct. We’ve successfully migrated many clients from a variety of different systems including Sage 50, Sage 200 and many others outside of the Sage world.
6. Handover
Finally, once everything is ready and signed off, we will go live. We will support you for the first few weeks with our support handover process, including a formal issues log and liaison with our Intacct consultants as and when required. Following the successful completion of your new Intacct system, our highly skilled support team will be on hand to assist you with any queries that you may have.
