We are keen to build long-lasting business relationships will all our customers, as such we welcome discussions around the different pricing and bundles available to ensure the best solution for your business.
As with most true-cloud solutions, Sage Intacct is sold exclusively on a subscription basis. This is typically an annual subscription with multi-year options, opposed to a monthly fee.
But annual billing doesn’t mean you are locked in. You still have the option add additional users and modules to your plan mid-term.
Within all software deals, there are traditionally three components:
- Software
- Ongoing System Support
- Implementation Professional Services
How do we calculate the price of your Sage Intacct package?
The pricing for Sage Intacct is calculated based on the modules, the number of users and any integrations or marketplace add-ons (e.g. Yooz for AP automation).
Once this is established, we consider the amount of Professional Services time required, something that is entirely subjective and unique to each project. An important thing to note is, unlike many other packages at this level, Professional Service time is typically calculated in hours and not days.
What Modules are Included within Sage Intacct?
The modules available might not be the same as other finance systems you have used, so it’s worth considering what is available and how these are presented.
Sage Intacct’s base package, also known as the Core Financials modules, are required for all implementations and includes:

Due to the nature of the modules, it is not possible to provide a sensible estimate without further discussions.
There are also some trade-in discounts which may be available based on the existing solution you are operating.
