Sicon Barcoding and Warehousing
Seamlessly integrates with Sage 200 modules
Sicon Barcoding and Warehousing supports all of the Sage 200 Commercial modules (SOP, POP, Stock and BOM) as well as many Sicon additions, including Job costing (for issues and returns), works orders (for picking and building assemblies) and distribution manager (for pre-allocation of stock at goods in).
As both systems communicate in real-time, you don’t have to worry about external databases or synchronising your data.

Purchase Orders
- Receive Sage 200 Purchase Orders: PO’s that are ready to receive will show on the Receive Purchase Order Screen on the Handheld device.
- Put away stock: Put stock into bin locations with an option to package items onto pallets, boxes, etc.
- Inspection: Handle stock items flagged as requiring inspection, with options to pass or fail, resulting in those items moving to the put away bin or quarantine warehouse.
Stock Movements
- Warehouse transfers: Move non-allocated stock items between Warehouse locations, with options to print Pick Lists and Dispatch Notes.
- Bin to bin movements: Easily move stock between Bin locations with any Sage allocations moving with it.
Sales Orders
- Pick, pack, dispatch: Wave Pick; Pick, Pack & Despatch multiple SO’s for the same delivery address; Pick/Pack onto pallets, boxes etc.
- Filter: Options for the user to filter by Sales Order priority or analysis codes.
- Ready to pick: Control the release of Sales Orders to the handheld device with an option to assign to specific users.
Stocktake
- Sage: Create standard Sage Stocktake, count on handheld and complete in Sage. Includes Batch/Serial Stock Item functionality.
- Dynamic: Create and complete Stocktake directly from the handheld.
