Sage Intacct Enhanced Lists
Enhanced list views are designed to help you personalise the way data displays in your list. There are a variety of editing options, from adding and re-ordering columns to applying filters and more.
In this week’s tip, we’ll show you how to turn on enhanced lists and run through a few of the many options you have access to.
Turning on Enhanced Lists
If you’re still seeing the old lists, you should see a link near the top right ‘Turn on enhanced list’.
Turn this on to start personalising your list.

Using Enhanced List Views
Resizing columns
Hover over the edge of a column and click and drag to the size you’d like.

Freezing columns
Click the settings cog and click ‘Freeze’ to make the column stay in view as you scroll across.

Wrapping column text
To change the text wrapping, click the settings cog, hover over ‘Text wrapping’ and choose from the options.

Reset changes
To start again, click ‘Revert changes’.

Changing column sort order
Click the column header to sort by ascending or descending order.

Searching in columns
To search for specific values in a column, type in the ‘Contains’ box or select from the dropdown options at the top of the column.

Saving list views
Once you have perfected your list, you can save it. Under the ‘Manage view’ dropdown, click ‘Save as’, enter a name and click ‘Save’.

Adding columns
To add columns, click the settings cog on the right hand side, click ‘Configure columns‘, select from the list of available columns and click ‘Apply’.

Moving columns
To move columns, click and drag and drop it where you’d like it to be.

Filtering data
To filter the data, click ‘Filters’, select the filters you’d like to use and click ‘Apply’.

Split views
To display records while seeing the list at the side, click the ‘Split view’ icon.

Exporting data
To export the list, click ‘Export’ and choose from the file types: CSV, Excel, PDF or Word.

Switching views
Once you’ve created a library of list views, click the dropdown in the top left to switch between your views.
