Good insight into the various modules of Sage… For my new colleague, this was a good first look into Sage … It was good having the Q&A section at the end, along with seeing the different ways you could do the same thing. Sufyan and Pete have been fantastic to work with – responsive and technically excellent, small issues and tweaks dealt with instantly, bigger improvements and enhancements understood and executed in good time, I have full confidence in them, PKF [SCS] and future enhancements as our business continues to grow.

[We were] allocated an implementation consultant who had excellent product knowledge and a good understanding of business processes[…] Despite a remote implementation model there was regular access to the implementation consultant to track project progress, discuss issues/problems and identify resolutions.

Because we’re a franchise business, it does put a twist on things – but Craig and Richard understood that. And it’s that level of understanding about our challenges and their ability to take them on that helps the success of the implementation.

We’ve worked with [PKF Smith Cooper Systems] for quite a long time, therefore the trust is there. When we have any issues, the Support Service is always there.

Sometimes it was a little bit complicated how we were trying to set our structure up and what we wanted to get out of [Sage] Intacct, but Ian and Sam were full of ideas and came up with really good suggestions for everything. We had a lot of troubleshooting sessions and they were able to find resolutions. Haris has given a lot of support all the way through the process as well. He’s very confident and very capable.

We felt very supported – if you contacted somebody, you got a response very quickly. You never felt like you’d been left out on a limb.

The PKF Support team are very helpful and patient when queries are raised. They work through Year End processes with me, allowing me to understand exactly what is happening as we go.

Smith Cooper streamlined our processes and saved our charity money. They upgraded our Sage 200 for MTD compliance and implemented new electronic document and web-based requisition systems.
