Team PKF SCS expands Sales Team!

Hope began her professional career straight from school working for her parents IT recycling business in Somerset for eight years in multiple customer service roles, before moving to the Midlands in 2018.

Since then, she has been working in manufacturing/trade signage for the last few years as an account manager. So not only does she bring a wealth of knowledge concerning business process and manufacturing, to her role as a Sage 200 Accounts Manager, but she is also very passionate about customer service.

Chris Smith, Managing Director, said “Within five minutes of my first conversation with Hope I knew she was a great fit for our team. Although not from the Sage channel or even the software industry, she has all the attributes required to be an amazing account manager and a key member of our sales and wider company team. I am really looking forward to working with Hope and seeing her grow into her new role.“

In her spare time Hope loves to read so much so that she started an online book club that meets monthly! Now that lockdown restrictions have begun to lift she has also begun learning aerial hoop, as it is something she has wanted to do for a long time. Hope also enjoys festivals & live music and is looking forward to attending them again. Not long to go now as her next concert is Blondie in November. Fingers crossed the restrictions are lifted by then!

Originally from Somerset, Hope is based locally and will be joining us at our head office in Derby.
