Festive Period Opening Hours 2023

PKF Smith Cooper Systems Office & Support Opening Times

During the festive period, our working hours, including our Support Service, will change. Please make a note of the opening hours listed below, and share them with your colleagues, to avoid any disruption to you and your team.

• 18th – 21st December: Normal Service
• 22nd December: Normal Service until 4pm when phone lines will close, email only 4pm-5:30pm
• 25th – 26th December: CLOSED
• 27th, 28th & 29th December: Operating emergency support (Critical cases taking priority)
• 1st January 2024: CLOSED
• 2nd January 2024: Normal Service (9am onwards)

During Christmas week, we will be prioritising critical cases. Lower priority cases may be logged and responded to in the new year when we resume normal service.
