PKF Smith Cooper Systems welcomes Ian Barbour as a Senior Consultant
Zimbabwean-born Ian has been working as a Sage Business Partner and Consultant since 1993.
After moving to Australia in 1990, he qualified as a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), selling and implementing Sage solutions there until 2015.
He moved to the UK in 2016, and has been a certified Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant since July 2020.
When he’s not working, Ian spends time at his cottage in Mayfield, East Sussex, or his small house in the mountains on the Auvergne in France, with his wife. His other hobbies include walking, photography, golf and attempting to improve his French.
When asked about working for Smith Cooper, Ian said “I’m looking forward to growing the Sage Intacct implementation team and assisting consultants and clients to get the most out of the enormous potential of Sage Intacct.“
