PKF Smith Cooper Systems Celebrates Remarkable 2023 Year-End Achievements

We’ve had a pretty amazing 2023 – and we want to share the success we’ve had with you in this Year End overview! On top of celebrating another year of growth across all areas of the business, we’ve also secured and retained a number of industry awards, expanded our team and reached significant financial milestones. So, let’s get into it!

The first thing to acknowledge is that we have expanded our team significantly over the past 12 months – so much so that we now have over 50 employees across all our offices! This includes fourteen new hires, spanning Consultancy, Support, Account Management and Project Management to name a few.

2023 has also been a year of innovation for us – with a rebranding of our longstanding Sage API offerings to become WIRE and MRGE. This fresh take gives Sage customers new ways to integrate Sage 200 with software they already use. What’s more, we also became the first Sage partner in the UK to sell Sage Distribution and Manufacturing Operations (SDMO), a cloud ERP solution crafted just for the needs of midsized distributors and discrete manufacturers.

In addition to the above, we reached some financial milestones that are definitely worth shouting about! This year, PKF Smith Cooper Systems increased turnover by over 15% – and we’re targeting more double-digit growth in 2024. 

As a result of these milestones, we’ve been receiving even more industry recognition this year, most notably being named as Customer Success Partner of the Year at Sage’s annual conference in Telford. This covers all Sage products, and recognises achievements in new client acquisition, retention, and customer service, and it is an award we are very proud to have won. We also received nominations for Overall Partner of the Year and UK BMS Partner of the Year and kept our position as the #1 Partner in the Midlands for both Sage 200 and Sage Intacct.
