PKF Smith Cooper Systems welcomes Thomas Spring as a Sage 200 Account Manager
Before joining us, Thomas worked for Kerridge Commercial Systems as an Internal Account Manager, looking after SME customers who were using one the company’s flagship products. Previous to moving into this role, he worked in KCS’ marketing department, with a focus on lead generation.
Customer service is one of the things he enjoys most about working in account management:
“I most enjoy communicating with customers and helping solve their problems. I find it very rewarding when I can find a solution which benefits both the customer and the company.”
In terms of his work at PKF SCS, Thomas is looking forward to learning from his new colleagues and developing his own skill set.
In his spare time, Thomas likes going to the gym and training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He’s also a big country music fan!
