The new features of this update are focused on helping customers with their all-important Sales Processes.

Top Enhancements
Sales Order Tracking Information
You’re now able to add tracking information to any of your sales orders, meaning you can see the status of shipments or proof of delivery quicker than before. This feature needs to be switched on within Sage 200. This is a slightly different process depending on what version of Sage 200 you are using.
You can learn more by watching Sage’s video here.
Also, this feature allows you to add courier information, including the ability for a default courier. This is useful if you reuse one courier for multiple orders.
Enable your customers to self-serve and track orders, reducing the need for admin.
Incoterms and Reasons for Export
Incoterms are rules from the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) used for the international sale of goods. If you produce a commercial invoice when you export goods, you will need to enter the Incoterm on the invoice.
With the new Sage 200 release, you can enter this information using pre-loaded data in the system, or add your own data.
Legislation: Intrastat Changes (NORTHERN IRELAND AND EU ONLY)
This new Sage 200 release includes recent changes to the Intrastat thresholds. Businesses exceeding these thresholds must include additional information in their dispatch reports, including country of origin information and partner VAT ID.
For more information about legislation changes, you can access the Legislation Hub by clicking the “Legislation” button on your Sage 200 homescreen.
