During the festive period, our working hours, including our Support Service, will change. Please make a note of the opening hours listed below, and share them with your colleagues, to avoid any disruption to you and your team.
- 19th – 23rd December: Normal Service
- 24th – 27th December: CLOSED
- 28th, 29th & 30th December: Operating emergency support (Critical cases taking priority)
- 31st December – 2nd January 2023: CLOSED
- 3rd January 2023: Normal Service
During Christmas week, we will be prioritising critical cases. Lower priority cases may be logged and responded to in the new year when we resume normal service.
